TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to the complimentary service provided by C2limo. C2limo provides complimentary transportation to eligible Patrons of the Rewards Club of Integrated Casino Resorts Cyprus Limited (“C2 Cyprus Casinos”).

If You wish to book this Service via this Website or the Call Centre you must read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information about Your rights and obligations. You and the passengers who travel with you will be bound by them.

By placing a booking and/or using C2limo Service, You agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. DEFINITIONS – INTERPRETATION

    • In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions shall have the following meanings:

      “Booking” means the booking made on this Website or Call Centre for undertaking Trips. Bookings can be made for single Trips and/or return Trips.

      “Booking Details” means the details which You must provide upon making a Booking including pick-up date and time, pick-up and drop-off addresses and Your Personal Data.

      “C2limo” is the tradename of Integrated Casino Resorts Cyprus Limited for the complimentary transportation service of eligible Patrons of the Rewards Club and shall mean the aforesaid company.

      “Call Centre” means the C2limo call centre which can be used for Bookings via the C2limo employees.

      “Drop-off Address” means the address that You have specified in Your Booking Details as Your drop off point.

      “Goods” means any goods carried in a vehicle of C2limo.

      “Trip” means the journey You wish to make from the Pick-Up Address to the Drop-off Address provided by You.

      “Particular Requirements” means any specific requirements You may have relating to facilities for persons with reduced mobility.

      “Passenger” means any passenger carried in a vehicle of C2limo.

      “Patron” means the registered member of the Rewards Club.

      “Personal Data” means the details which You provide regarding Your name, physical and email addresses, telephone number and Patron number.

      “Pick-Up Address” means the address that You have specified in Your Booking Details as Your pick-up point.

      “Pick-Up Time” means the appointed date and time for You to be picked up by C2limo as set out in the Booking Details.

      “Rewards Club” means the loyalty program of C2 Cyprus Casinos that is named Rewards Club.

      “Service” means the complimentary transportation service provided by C2limo.

      “Terms” means these terms and conditions.

      “You” means the person who enters the Booking Details and/or any other Passenger for whom the booking is made.

      “Website” means www.c2limo.com

    • The clause headings and any other headings are inserted for convenience only and shall not affect the construction of these Terms.

  2. USE OF C2LIMO WEBSITE OR CALL CENTRE

    • C2limo may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. You should always check this page to take note of any changes that have been made because any use of this Website and/or the Call Centre will constitute an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    • C2limo does not guarantee that the Website, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.

    • There is no guarantee that the Website (or any content on it) and/or the Call Centre will always be available or uninterrupted. C2limo may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the Website and/or the Call Centre without notice and shall not be liable to You if for any reason the Website and/or the Call Centre is unavailable at any time or for any period.

    • In making a Booking with C2limo by any means, You must provide accurate Booking Details. You will be responsible for any failure to do so.

    • You hereby warrant to C2limo You are at least 21 years of age and legally able to make the Booking.

    • C2limo will not guarantee that it will be able to fulfil Your requirements and reserves the right to refuse any Booking which You wish to make and/or to cancel/terminate any Bookings You have made. In such instances You will not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever.

    • C2limo may, at its absolute discretion, cancel/terminate this Service at any time and in such a case you will not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever.

    • Your Booking Details and Personal Data relating to Your use of the C2limo Service will be recorded by C2limo. Your Personal Data shall not, subject to the provisions of the C2limo Privacy Policy, be disclosed to third parties other than the necessary service providers with whom we are contracted with for the performance of C2limo Service or used for any purpose unrelated to the provision of the Services pursuant hereto.   3. BOOKINGS

    • The Booking must be made 24 hours in advance of the desired Trip.

    • You or the person authorised by You to make the Booking must ensure that Your Booking Details are correct.

    • When You make a Booking, this constitutes an offer which C2limo may or may not accept or fulfil for whatever reason. Your Booking shall not be deemed accepted unless and until it is confirmed in writing by email, telephone or otherwise by an authorised representative of C2limo.

    • C2limo reserves the right to correct typographical or other errors in any elements of the information that appears on the Website including mistakes regarding Your eligibility.

    • C2limo, if it deems it necessary, has the right to provide the Service via a third party (e.g. taxi service) to fulfil the Booking. In such a case C2limo will pay the fare to the third party.

  4. C2LIMO SERVICE

    • When using the C2limo’s Service you hereby agree to comply with these Terms.

    • If you do not indicate any additional passengers and/or luggage when booking, resulting in a larger size vehicle being required, then C2limo reserves the right to cancel your Booking and/or refuse to provide its Service to You.

    • If You wish to give a tip to the driver, you should do so directly at Your own discretion.

    • In the event that You make any deviations from the route that You specified in your Booking Details, C2limo reserves the right to terminate its Service and You will have to get out of the vehicle.

  5. CANCELLATIONS

    • You must inform C2limo of any cancellations at least 3 hours prior to the Pick-Up Time by:

      i. Email: C2limo@melco-resorts.com.cy or
      ii. Telephone 00357 25088888 Our call center is open 24 hours a day.

    • If You fail to notify the cancellation 3 hours prior to the Pick-Up Time then C2limo shall have the right to render You ineligible for this Service for as long as it deems appropriate.

    • If You cancel a Booking when the vehicle is already on route to the Pick-Up Address then C2limo shall have the right to render You ineligible for this Service for as long as it deems appropriate.

  6. NO SHOW - WAITING TIME

    • In the case of a no-show, C2limo shall have the right to render You ineligible for this complimentary service for as long as it deems appropriate.

    • The waiting time at the Pick-Up Address is 15 minutes. Upon the expiration of the waiting time (i.e. 15 minutes) the driver will depart from the Pick-Up Address.

  7. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    • C2limo shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage arising directly or indirectly from:

      i. Breakdown, accident, adverse weather conditions; or
      ii. Any act or omission on Your part; or
      iii. act or circumstance beyond the control of C2limo (including, without limitation, any strike, (official or not) lock-out or other form of industrial action or labour dispute, governmental regulations, legal restrictions, embargoes, fire, flood, Act of God, any consequence of riot, war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities (whether war be declared or not) civil war, acts of terrorism, rebellion, military or usurped power, confiscation, requisition or destruction of or damage to property by or upon the order of or in the name of any Government or public local authority, or other conditions amounting to force majeure).

    • C2limo’s aggregate liability in respect of these Terms and any matter arising out of it (including claims whether made in contract or tort) shall be limited to €50.00 (fifty euro). Nothing in this clause shall operate so as to limit C2limo’s liability for death or personal injury arising out of its negligence.

    • In the event that C2limo provides the transportation via a third party, C2limo shall not in any event be liable (whether in contract or otherwise) for any indirect loss or consequential loss or loss of revenue, howsoever arising, suffered by You in connection with any failure by or otherwise in connection with these Terms or otherwise and if You consider that You have any claim in respect of any failure by the third party You agree to make such claim directly against the third party.

    • Any estimated Trip times and times of arrival that may be presented by C2limo, are only to be taken as indicative and C2limo shall have no liability if a Pick-Up Time exceeds any estimate given or otherwise exceeds Your and/or Your Passenger’s expectations for whatever reason, nor shall C2limo have any other liability to You and/or Your Passenger(s) in connection with the time at which You and/or the Passenger(s) reach the Drop-off address. Therefore, You should always set an appropriate Pick-Up Time that allows You sufficient time to reach Your Drop-off Address.

    • C2limo may keep You informed of the status of Your Booking by sending You an email, and SMS text alerts, although C2limo does not guarantee the delivery nor the timing of these email and SMS text alerts, and shall not in any event be liable (whether in contract or otherwise) for any indirect loss or consequential loss or loss of revenue, howsoever arising from the omission or delay of such email and SMS text alerts.

  8. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

    • C2limo shall not be responsible for any damage or loss that may be incurred to any of Your personal belongings or Your passenger’s personal belongings in the course of a Trip. It is Your (and the rest of the Passengers’) exclusive responsibility to have such personal belongings insured in respect of such damage or loss.

    • Neither You or Your Passengers should leave any of Your personal belongings in C2limo’s vehicle. In the event that You forget or lose any of Your personal belongings in one of C2limo’s vehicles then C2limo will look for it and, if it is found, return it to You. C2limo does not accept any liability whatsoever if Your forgotten or lost personal belonging is not found. You and Your affected Passenger hereby acknowledge and agree that you shall not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever.

  9. CONDUCT

    • C2limo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the Trip, if the driver believes that Your or the Passenger’s conduct or behaviour is disruptive in any way and/or affects Your safety or that of the driver of the vehicle. C2limo does not accept liability for any cost incurred by you or Your Passenger because of the termination of the Trip.

    • Passengers are not allowed to take drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) into the vehicles for the purpose of consuming them during the Trip. If You consume any beverage in the vehicle, C2limo shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the Trip and render You ineligible for this complimentary service for as long as it deems appropriate. C2limo does not accept liability for any cost incurred by you or Your Passenger because of the termination of the Trip.

    • C2limo further reserves the right to refuse carriage to You and Your Passenger if the driver believes you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    • Passengers are not allowed to smoke in the vehicles. If You smoke in the vehicle, C2limo shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the Trip and render You ineligible for this complimentary service for as long as it deems appropriate. C2limo does not accept liability for any cost incurred by you or Your Passenger because of the termination of the Trip.

  10. DISPUTES

    • If You have any complaint in respect of the Service provided by C2limo, You agree to first contact C2limo directly (by phone or email) to resolve this within 72 hours.

  11. MISCELLANEOUS

    • These Terms shall form the entire agreement between You and C2limo and supersede any previous agreement and/or representations, verbal or otherwise. You warrant that You have not relied on any representations made by C2limo or any of its employees or agents or subcontractors for using C2limo’s Service.

    • Failure by You or C2limo at any time to enforce any right claim or provision of these Terms or arising hereunder shall not be construed as a waiver of such right, claim or provision.

    • All notices to C2limo shall be given by You in writing to C2limo@melco-resorts.com.cy.

    • All notices to You shall be given in writing to the email address You have provided as part of the Booking Details. All notices may be served by email and shall be deemed to have been given 1 hour after transmission thereof.

    • These Terms and Your agreement with C2limo shall be governed and construed in accordance with Laws of the Republic of Cyprus. You irrevocably agree to submit any dispute hereunder to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus but nothing herein shall prevent C2limo from taking proceedings against You in any other court of competent jurisdiction.
